AI Image Pro is a tool that allows its users to generate visual content from user provided inputs (text, images, or combination of it), using AI. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

• 1.1. "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to AI Image Pro, the company providing the services.
• 1.2. "Services" refer to the services provided by the company, which allow you to generate outputs (visual content) from user provided inputs (text, other images).
• 1.3. "User," "you," and "your" refer to the person or entity accessing and using our services.

2.1. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions or policies that we may provide or make available from time to time.

2.2. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms of service.

2.3. You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms of service.

2.4. You agree not to use our services:

• 2.4.1. In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
• 2.4.2. For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way;
• 2.4.3. To generate or disseminate verifiably false information and/or content with the purpose of harming others;
• 2.4.4. To generate or disseminate personal identifiable information that can be used to harm an individual;
• 2.4.5. To defame, disparage or otherwise harass others;
• 2.4.6. For fully automated decision making that adversely impacts an individual's legal rights;
• 2.4.7. For any use intended to discriminate against individuals or groups based on legally protected characteristics;
• 2.4.8. To provide medical advice and medical results interpretation;
• 2.4.9. To create adult content, explicit sexual activity, or severe violent content.

3.1. AI Image Pro services are provided as free or paid services. Features of free and paid offerings are described under the Pricing section of the site.

3.2. If you decide to subscribe for the paid services, you may choose a payment plan that best fits your needs and decide on a monthly or yearly billing cycle. You will be automatically charged the subscription fees on a recurring basis at the beginning of each billing cycle.

3.3. You can upgrade your payment plan at any time. Upgrade will become effective immediately upon payment of the difference between the current plan and the new plan on a prorated basis.

3.4. You may terminate your subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued if you decide to terminate the subscription in the course of the current subscription period, unless specifically provided in our refund policy.

3.5. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time by giving a 10 (ten) days notice. If you do not agree with a new pricing, you may terminate your subscription at any time.

4.1. You are solely responsible for the user provided inputs (text, images, or other inputs that might be made available as part of the Services) used to generate outputs using our services.

4.2. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the company and its affiliates from any claims arising out of or related to your use of our services, your user provided inputs, generated outputs, or your breach of these terms and conditions.

5.1. The company uses open-source and licensed tools in its Services to generate visual content (outputs) from user provided inputs. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that the generated output is based on the user provided inputs.

6.1. Our services, including all software, code, designs, graphics, text, images, and other content, are owned by the company or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from our services, except as expressly permitted by these terms of service.

7.1. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7.2. In no event shall the company or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

8.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

8.2. We may make changes to our Services by upgrading, removing, adding any functionality or features, as well as discontinue providing the Services at any time by giving you a reasonable notice.
